The Oldham Law Office, LLC delivers excellent legal advice, zealous advocacy, and sound strategy to our clients. Whether before an arbitrator, judge, agency or licensing board, trying cases is a passion.

 

Katelyn Oldham established the firm in 2021 after leaving partnership at different Oregon labor firm. She was excited to continue representing labor clients while trying employment cases in court on behalf of workers  and having the freedom to pursue pro bono work. The firm has been steadily growing over five years and now has three attorneys and a paralegal.

 

We provide counsel about representation and elections, organizing, bylaws, constitutions, and issues affecting emerging and established unions who are expanding their numbers.

We ensure our clients know when legal changes are on the horizon and help them with compliance issues, creating policies and procedures, and training staff and supervisors to ensure everyone understands workplace expectations and consistently follow them.

 

We work hard to ensure employers meet their obligations under the ADA, FMLA, and other laws, doing whatever is necessary to ensure workers rights are protected.
