Background

 

Andrew joined Oldham Law Office as an associate in 2026. His practice includes all aspects of union-side labor law and employment law. 

​

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a senior investigator at the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI). There, he conducted civil rights investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and protected leave matters. He also led an interagency effort to enforce employer compliance with OregonSaves, the state-run retirement savings program. At BOLI, Andrew was actively involved in his union, SEIU 503, serving as a member of the Climate Justice Committee, a representative on the Joint Labor and Management Committee on Artificial Intelligence, and as his sub-local’s bargaining delegate.

As a law student, Andrew interned with SMART Local 16 under the Special Projects Counsel, where he worked on community benefits plans and advocated for state legislation protecting worker, tribal, and local stakeholder interests in renewable energy development. Before law school, Andrew worked as a handyperson and mover across the front range of Colorado.

When he is not working, Andrew spends his time enjoying Oregon’s outdoors: running, skiing, surfing, and fly fishing with his partner Jenn.
